Subdivision of rural lots. We were engaged to provide Civil Design , Stormwater Management plans, Pavement design, estimating and costing, and project coordination.

Three attached dwellings with modern looks, front balcony, tightly used space . We provided complete building design services in Architectural disciplines , structure and stormwater design, 3D model.

One of the project at Putney was luxury house we were engaged as consultant for design. The project include ultra modern facade with rich architectural features, matrix cladding, generous balcony and bigger openings to ensure plenty of light from every possible direction. It has featured swimming pool at rear .

This project constitutes some of the challenging features like elevated driveway, split levels as to suit the topography ,retaining wall. Rooms are generously bigger in size and adequate natural lighting provisions have been made.

This project include multiple detached townhouses with terraces on each units. Different from other townhouse this project offers very decent bed room sizes, open kitchen living with plenty of space to move around.
